Freshers’ Dinner
To welcome this year's freshers we'd like to invite you all to a fabulous dinner at the popular Hafez restaurant in Bayswater. We will spend the evening enjoying the finest Persian cuisine in London. There will be live traditional music and a set menu including a variety of traditional Iranian dishes.

Meeting Point: We'll be leaving as a group from Queen's Gate at 7.15pm. Alternatively, you can meet us at the restaurant.
Menu: mixed starters, nan bread, mixed grill kebab or khoresht (curry), rice, salad and soft drink included. Tea will also be served after dinner. There is also an option of vegetarian khoresht but this should be mentioned when purchasing the ticket.

There is no dress code for this event but smart-casual is recommended.
Freshers’ Fair
The biggest day of Welcome Week! All the clubs and all the stalls in one place for one day only. Starting at 11am and continuing until 4pm, the fair is the event to showcase all of the Clubs & Societies here at Imperial, of which there are about 300. What this translates to on the day is a hectic, exciting, bustling bazaar of almost everything extracurricular that you hope to see at University.
